Stillwater Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting. You will administer medications, perform wound care, monitor vital signs, and help implement individualized care plans.

The role requires an Ohio LPN license and a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, and experience with EMR systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of Ohio.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems (EMRs) a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care, including administration of medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
