Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions
• Two years of experience as an LPN (preferred)
• Excellent clinical, customer service and leadership skills
• Current CPR Healthcare Provider certification

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods standing, walking, and working with frequent pulling, pushing, and bending
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time
• Must be able to move 150 pounds with assistance
