Job summary

Chase City Health & Rehab Center in Chase City, VA is hiring a full-time Wound Nurse – LPN to join our compassionate team. You will assess wounds, educate the clinical staff on wound care, and document care in the EMR. We offer a comprehensive orientation and a supportive, family-oriented culture with benefits and paid time off.

Qualified candidates hold a current Virginia LPN license, CPR, and preferably wound care certification. Experience in long-term, rehab, or memory care is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Certification as wound care nurse (preferred).
• One year of LPN experience (preferred).
• Long-Term/Rehab/Memory Care experience (preferred).
