Albermarle Health & Rehabilitation Center in Charlottesville, VA is seeking LPNs (Charge Nurses) for its 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. We’re looking for caring, warm-hearted nurses who want meaningful work and a personal touch in improving lives, while building lasting relationships with patients and families.

The Charge Nurse supervises CNAs and provides direct patient care in line with MFA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• One year of previous nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Charge Nurse supervises CNAs and provides direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and MFA guidelines.
• Writes weekly/monthly summaries of patients’ status and updates the care plan for RN review.

The (Charge Nurse) supervises CNAs and provides direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and MFA guidelines.
