Job summary

Charlottesville Health & Rehabilitation Center in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as an LPN Charge Nurse. You will supervise CNAs and provide direct patient care in accordance with state guidelines and MFA policies.

You will also write weekly and monthly summaries of patients’ status and address problems identified in the care plan for RN review.

Qualifications

• Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as an LPN.
• One year of previous nursing experience preferred, but new grads welcome to apply.

Job Summary:
