Chesapeake Health & Rehabilitation Center in Chesapeake, VA is seeking LPNs for its 180-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. We value caring, warm-hearted nurses who want to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.

The LPN supervises CNAs, provides direct patient care, and writes summaries of patients' status for RN review, ensuring care plans meet regulatory guidelines and MFA policies.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia LPN license to practice.
• 1 year nursing experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

Current license by theVirginiaBoard of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
