Wexford Health Sources, Inc. in Belington, WV, is seeking an LPN for immediate impact in a correctional setting. Full-time, part-time, and per diem roles offer flexible schedules within a nationwide healthcare network.

You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, assist with daily living activities, wound care, and care planning. Active LPN license and CPR certification are required; 1–2 years of nursing experience is preferred.

• Active unrestricted LPN license in state of practice.
• 1-2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred).
• Active CPR certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; adaptability in high-pressure settings.
• A compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patient care.
