Licensed Practical Nurse

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse. Schedule: Day shift (7 a.m. - 7 p.m.) or night shift (7 p.m. - 7 a.m.). 12‑hour shifts. Full‑time or part‑time available.

Facility: South Central Regional Jail. Location: Charleston, WV.

Position Summary As an LPN at our facility, you’ll play a hands‑on role in delivering care to a vulnerable population under the guidance of RNs and medical providers. Some responsibilities include:

• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Assisting with activities of daily living and therapeutic interventions
• Taking vital signs and monitoring patient conditions
• Providing wound care and changing dressings
• Supporting documentation and care planning
• Promoting hygiene, sanitation, and a safe environment for all patients
• Serving as a vital part of a multidisciplinary treatment team
