Job summary

Millennium Physician Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Home Health Team in Lee County, FL. You will provide skilled nursing care under RN supervision, perform essential procedures, and support patients and families in their homes.

The role requires current Florida LPN licensure, at least 6 months of clinical experience, and strong communication, professionalism and reliability. Travel to patient homes is required, with a focus on high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license in Florida.
• Minimum of 6 months of clinical LPN experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities
