Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license in Florida.
• Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience as an LPN in home health or facility care.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health Team in Lee County. This role provides skilled nursing care under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse. Performs selected skilled actions in the provision of curative, rehabilitative, palliative, or preventative nursing care. Is responsible and accountable for making decisions that are based on the individual's nursing experience and educational preparation.

Compensation Range

$22.99 to $34.49

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good‑faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
