Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in Baldwin, NY. The position offers Day, Evening, and Night shifts with options for full-time, part-time, or PRN scheduling.

Ideal candidates hold a current LPN license, are comfortable with medication administration, documentation, and using EHR systems, and possess strong communication skills for resident care and family education.

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
