Quality Talent Group is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York. The role supports patient-first care through teamwork, with day, evening, or night shifts and both full-time and part-time options.

Responsibilities include delivering direct nursing care, administering medications and IVs as prescribed, and guiding other staff while educating residents and families.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.
