Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in Tennessee. The role covers direct patient care, medication administration, and care-plan implementation across day, evening, and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.

• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administrate medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
