Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our client’s skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York. This role offers Full-time, Part-time, and PRN options, with Day, Evening, Night shifts and flexible scheduling to fit your life.

You will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, document care using EHR, and participate in care plan evaluations. New grads are welcome, and daily pay is available, along with comprehensive medical, dental and vision

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
