Job Summary
  • ASSESSMENT - Participates in the collection and analysis of data related to care delivery and reports critical findings to the Registered Nurse and/or Physician

  • PLANNING and COLLABORATION- Participates in the development of the individualized plan of care that identifies strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes and collaborates with other members of the healthcare team as appropriate

  • IMPLEMENTATION - Participates in the execution of the individualized patient/family plan

  • EVALUATION - Participates in the evaluation process forward

  • AHBasic Life Support Course - AHA - American Heart Association required

  • Georgia Practical Nurse License - Georgia Secretary Of State required

  • Job Related Experience Preferred
