Job summary
Quality Talent Group seeks an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in Ashland City, TN. The role supports day, evening, and night shifts across full-time, part-time, and PRN options.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
- Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
