Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct nursing care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Various shifts include day, evening, night, and weekend options with full-time, part-time, and PRN roles.

Successful candidates will administer medications, monitor residents, and support care plans while using modern EHR systems. New grads are welcome, with daily pay and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
