Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. You will administer medications, monitor patients, and execute individualized care plans under supervision while supporting families and staff.

Requirements include an active LPN license in the state of practice, strong documentation and communication skills, and experience with EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
