Quality Talent Group is partnering with leading skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York to recruit a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). You will deliver hands-on nursing care and support the care team in a patient-centered environment.

We welcome new grads and offer flexible schedules, full-time/part-time/PRN shifts, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance. Successful candidates will be licensed LPN in NY and comfortable with EHR/charting.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.

• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
