Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of plumbing experience (service or installation).
Active plumbing license (as required).
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Strong technical skills with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues.
Perform routine maintenance and plumbing inspections.
Clearly communicate findings, solutions, and estimates to customers.
Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Perform plumbing installations and system replacements.
Install water heaters, tankless systems, repipes, and plumbing fixtures.
Ensure all work meets local code requirements and company quality standards.
Diagnose issues and repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning components.
Maintain the safety of crew members, company vehicles, tools, and customer property.
