• Minimum 2+ years of plumbing experience (service or installation).
• Active plumbing license (as required).
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and plumbing inspections.
• Clearly communicate findings, solutions, and estimates to customers.
• Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Perform plumbing installations and system replacements.
• Install water heaters, tankless systems, repipes, and plumbing fixtures.
• Ensure all work meets local code requirements and company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Service-Focused Technicians

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
• Perform routine maintenance and plumbing inspections

Installation-Focused Technicians

• Perform plumbing installations and system replacements
• Install water heaters, tankless systems, repipes, and plumbing fixtures

• Maintain the safety of crew members, company vehicles, tools, and customer property at all times

Work Environment

Work in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Pay Range: $75,000 USD - $175,000 USD
