Job summary

Lex Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing, and Electrical is seeking experienced HVAC Install Technicians to join our Plano team. You will install HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties and ensure systems operate efficiently, delivering exceptional service.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with HVAC training or apprenticeship, at least 3 years of experience, and a valid HVAC license plus driver’s license. Compensation reflects an attractive pay range and benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED and HVAC training or apprenticeship.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an HVAC technician.
• Licenses: Valid HVAC technician license and driver’s license.
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication.
• Physical: Ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and heights.
