The role supports both troubleshooting and full-system work, with a commitment to craftsmanship, customer service, and career growth.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years of plumbing experience, an active license, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of plumbing experience (service or installation).
• Active plumbing license as required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong technical skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and plumbing inspections.
• Clearly communicate findings, solutions, and estimates to customers.
• Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism.
• For installation-focused technicians: perform plumbing installations and system replacements.
• Install water heaters, tankless systems, repipes, and plumbing fixtures.
• Ensure all work meets local code requirements and company quality standards.
