Job summary

Yellowstone Local is actively seeking Licensed Plumbing Subcontractors for residential new-construction opportunities across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, including Arlington, TX. Work spans rough-in, top-out, and trim phases on projects with established production managers and regular, year-round opportunities.

You will operate as an independent subcontractor with compensation based on scope of work, project requirements, and production.

Qualifications

• Residential plumbing experience across new-construction projects.
• Familiarity with rough-in, top-out, and trim phases.
• Ability to read project requirements and follow codes.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Licensed Plumbing Subcontractor on residential new-construction projects in the Arlington, TX area.
• Complete residential plumbing rough-ins accurately and per project specifications
• Perform top-out plumbing for new-construction homes
• Complete trim-phase plumbing installations
• Install piping, plumbing fixtures, and related components
• Follow Texas plumbing codes, installation standards, and project requirements
• Coordinate with production managers and other trades on active sites
• Complete assigned plumbing projects safely, on schedule
• Maintain clean, organized work areas
• Deliver workmanship meeting established quality and service standards
• Operate as an independent subcontractor and handle taxes, insurance, tools, and expenses

Yellowstone Local is looking for Licensed Plumbing Subcontractors for an opportunity with an industry leader in residential new-construction plumbing in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX.

Your New Role

• Work as a Licensed Plumbing Subcontractor on residential new-construction projects throughout the Arlington, TX area.

• Complete residential plumbing rough-ins accurately and according to project specifications

• Perform top-out plumbing for new-construction homes

• Complete trim-phase plumbing installations

• Install piping, plumbing fixtures, and related plumbing components

• Follow applicable Texas plumbing codes, installation standards, and project requirements

• Coordinate with production managers and other trades on active construction sites

• Complete assigned plumbing projects safely, accurately, and on schedule

• Maintain clean, organized, and professional work areas

• Deliver workmanship that meets established quality and service standards

• Operate as an independent subcontractor and remain responsible for applicable taxes, insurance, tools, equipment, and other business expenses

• Current Texas plumbing license

• Professional residential plumbing and/or new-construction plumbing experience

• Experience with rough-in, top-out, and trim plumbing phases strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of applicable plumbing codes and residential plumbing installation practices

• Ability to read project requirements and complete plumbing installations to specification

• Ability to work independently and manage assigned projects effectively

• Dependable and professional approach with a commitment to quality workmanship

• Ability to travel to residential construction job sites throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex

• EIN (Federal Tax ID)

• DBA (Assumed Business Name registered with the state)

• Appropriate plumbing credentials required to perform assigned work

• Ability to operate as an independent subcontractor

• Necessary tools, equipment, and resources to complete assigned plumbing work
