Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems per codes.
• Lay out pipe systems, cut, weld, and thread; inspect site for obstructions.
• Repair toilets, sinks, drains, and fixtures; clear obstructions.
• Prepare estimates of time, labor, and materials; report project status.
• Operate and maintain plumbing tools and equipment; clean work areas.
• Provide guidance and training to other maintenance personnel; may lead special projects.
