Qualifications

• Proven experience as a plumber in residential/commercial/industrial settings.
• Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems.
• Working knowledge of heating and ventilation systems and appliances.
• Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipes, wrenches, cutters).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; patient and team-oriented.
• Requires valid license to practice.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and drawings to plan plumbing layouts.
• Cut, assemble and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure.
• Install and maintain water supply systems and fixtures.
• Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (leaks).
• Maintain gas and liquid heating systems and DWV systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
