Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the HVAC trade.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, outdoors, and heat.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC technicians and installers with system installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain job sites following safety standards and procedures.
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment for each project.
• Help with ductwork fabrication, assembly, and sealing.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and start-up of HVAC systems.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and work areas in clean condition.
• Follow directions from lead technicians and complete tasks efficiently.
