Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspects, repairs, and replaces plumbing to maintain systems.
• Installs plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
• Estimates time and material costs for projects.
• Requisitions plumbing supplies and equipment.
• Reads blueprints and ensures compliance with codes.
• Develops capital project scope and budget for replacements.
• Maintains preventative maintenance standards for plumbing equipment.
• Identifies and corrects unsafe conditions.
• Attends training and complies with safety policies.
• Performs duties as assigned.
