Job summary

Roberts Cooling, Heating, Plumbing, and Electrical in Gulf Shores, AL is seeking a Journeyman Plumber to diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues. You will perform inspections, repairs, and installations, while maintaining high customer service.

This family‑owned company offers uncapped pay potential with commissions, full benefits, 401(k) matching, paid holidays and PTO, plus ongoing training and growth opportunities. 4 years experience preferred and a valid journeyman or master license.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years plumbing experience preferred.
• Journeyman or Masters plumbing license required.
• Current plumbing certification as required by state.
• Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing and drain issues.
• Execute effective troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of plumbing issues.
• Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues.
• Provide comprehensive plumbing services for residential customers.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Interact professionally and honestly with customers to help them understand plumbing concerns and solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

What you will do:

Who you are:

• 1-5 Years Plumbing experience preferred

• Plumbing license: Journeyman or Masters Required

• Current plumbing certification as required by state

• Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
