Job summary

Qualifications

• Must graduate from a two-year PTA program.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient services delegated by the PT under supervision.
• Assist in evaluation and development of rehabilitative plan of care and periodic re-evaluation.
• Prepare and submit daily progress notes within 72 hours; prepare periodic summary reports.
