Job summary

Proliance Surgeons Issaquah is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our experienced team. You will deliver 40-minute, one-on-one sessions with patients, with no double-booking and no nights or weekends required, and you’ll work with PT aides for support.

At our supportive clinic in Issaquah, WA, we prioritize both patient care and clinician balance. You’ll enjoy 40-minute, one-on-one sessions with patients, no double-booking, and no nights or weekends required. Additionally, we utilize PT aides for support. Our team treats a wide range of patients, from post-op athletes to total joint cases, and collaborates closely with the orthopedic surgeons downstairs on pre- and post-operative rehab.

• We expect to pay between$27.00- $44.46 of the overall compensation range for this role. Final pay is determined by experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

What You'll Do:

• Implement individualized treatment plans under PT supervision

• Educate patients, families, and other caregivers in the skills and techniques of the PT treatment program
• Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with APTA standards

Requirements

• Physical Therapy Assistant License
• Must meet physical requirements of frequent lifting, bending and squatting
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-oriented
• Great interpersonal skills; demonstrating patience, composure and cooperation; working well with all patients, physicians and staff
• Understanding of and adherence to all safety, risk management and precautionary procedures, including the consistent respect for confidentiality (HIPAA)
