PhysioWorks in Kent, WA is seeking a part‑time Physical Therapist Assistant. Join a therapist‑focused outpatient practice specializing in orthopedics, work injuries, and return‑to‑work rehabilitation.

You will deliver hands‑on care, educate patients, and progress functional outcomes in collaboration with Physical Therapists. This role emphasizes hands‑on treatment, patient education, therapeutic exercise progression, and manual therapy, with weekends not routinely required and mileage

Qualifications

Valid Washington State PTA license.
Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Maintain continuing education requirements to keep PTA license.

Responsibilities

Administer therapy treatments according to the Physical Therapist's plan of care.
Monitor patient response and communicate significant changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
Provide input to the Physical Therapist regarding treatment progression, goals, and discharge planning.
Educate patients, families, and team members within the plan of care.
Document treatment progress and patient information accurately and timely.
Use therapy devices and equipment safely and appropriately for patient care.
Employ stretching, soft tissue, and manual therapy within PTA scope.
Sanitize and clean therapy areas and equipment.
Assist with clerical duties such as typing, filing, forms, memos, reports, answering phones.

Key Responsibilities
