AccentCare is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Renton team. This on-site, full-time position supports a caseload under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and serves patients in Renton and nearby areas.

Requirements include an Associate’s degree, current license, CPR certification, and the ability to travel between locations. You will educate patients and families on home safety and equipment use, ensuring quality care.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Valid license, registration, or permit to practice in state of agency operation.
• Must possess and maintain CPR certification.
• Licensed driver capable of traveling to all locations.
• Ability to educate patients and families in home safety and equipment safety.

Responsabilités

• Provides patient care and documents treatment per physician orders and policy.
• Documents interventions, approaches and treatment priorities.
• Delivers organized patient treatment with education and counseling.
• Present pertinent patient information to supervising therapist and team.
• Provide skilled treatment aligned with patient needs and agency guidelines.
• Collaborate with team to plan and adjust treatment.
• Accurately document and submit daily notes to prevent care interruptions.
• Meet productivity standards and participate in meetings and trainings.
• Negotiate patient participation in treatment and plans.
