You will assess and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop personalized plans, and collaborate with a clinical team to restore function and alleviate pain.

We offer a competitive full-time salary ($78,000–$90,000) with benefits, a sign-on/relocation bonus up to $22,000, and flexible scheduling from Monday to Friday to promote work-life

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team oriented.
• Experience with pediatric patients.
• At least two years of clinical experience, preferred.
• New grads are welcome.
• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program approved by the Commission for the Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education.
• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Colorado.
• Demonstrates the physical and mental capabilities to perform duties.
• Able to meet physical and mental demand level of the position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and treating patients in an outpatient setting.
• Developing individualized treatment plans.
• Maintaining compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal requirements.
• Providing direct supervision and communication with Physical Therapy Assistants and Clinical Directors.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborating with the clinical team to provide exceptional patient care.
