Rocky Mountain Physical Therapy in Loveland, CO is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient role focused on orthopedic and functional rehab. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with Assistants and clinic leadership to deliver high-quality care.

This position offers competitive compensation ($78,000–$90,000 with sign-on up to $22,000), annual merit increases, and quarterly bonuses in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice Physical Therapy in Colorado.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Experience with pediatric patients a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and clinic leadership.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using AI-assisted tools.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
