Rocky Mountain Physical Therapy in Greeley, CO is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in outpatient settings, developing personalized plans for pain relief, function, and healing. Requirements include Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Colorado licensure; new grads welcome and at least two years of clinical experience preferred.

Full-time or part-time roles with a salary of $78,000–$90,000 and a sign-on/relocation bonus up to $22,000; benefits and strong work-life

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience with pediatric patients.

• Graduate of a PT program accredited by CAPTE and licensed in Colorado.
• Ability to meet physical and mental demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and treating patients in outpatient settings.
• Developing individualized treatment plans focusing on pain relief and functional recovery.
• Maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
• Providing supervision and communication with PTAs and Clinical Directors.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborating with the clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care.
