Rocky Mountain Physical Therapy in Windsor, CO is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized care plans to relieve pain and restore function, and ensure compliance.

In-person clinic work with direct supervision of PT assistants and collaboration with Clinical Directors. Position is full-time with daytime hours; compensation ranges from $78,000 to $90,000 plus a sign-on/relocation bonus up to $22,000 and benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team oriented.
• Experience with pediatric patients.
• New grads are welcome.
• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program approved by the Commission for the Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education.
• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with temporary and/or long-term physical disabilities.
• Create personalized patient care plans that encompass pain relief, restore function, and promote healing.
• Maintain and adhere to all local and federal compliance requirements.
• Provide direct supervision and communication with physical therapy assistants, and Clinical Directors.
