Rocky Mountain Physical Therapy is hiring for a Physical Therapist Job in Fort Collins, CO. This full-time opportunity is perfect for both experienced clinicians and new graduates looking to grow in a supportive, patient-focused outpatient setting with strong mentorship and career development.

Compensation & Incentives:

• Salary range: $78,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)
• Sign-on/relocation bonus up to $22,000
• Quarterly performance bonus
• Annual merit-based raises

About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic and functional conditions. You will create individualized treatment plans focused on reducing pain, restoring mobility, and improving overall function. You will also collaborate closely with Physical Therapist Assistants and Clinical Directors to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, exempt position
• Monday through Friday
• Day shifts (8-hour or 10-hour options)
• No weekends

Work Environment:

• Outpatient clinic setting
• Private practice and rehabilitation-focused care
• Specialties include orthopedics, sports medicine, and physical rehabilitation

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 5–35 pounds regularly
• Assist patients with mobility and transfers (up to 120–140 pounds)
