Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in IDFPR.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days.
• Attend and satisfactorily complete required CE on acute stroke care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients; modify plan of care based on progress.
• Educate patients, families and staff using effective teaching methods.
• Design a plan of care with goals, outcomes, and discharge planning.
• Perform examinations and document findings per policy.
• Coordinate care with team and supervise support personnel as needed.
