Qualifications

• Must hold a current state Physical Therapy license.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory MVR report required for onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
• Perform evaluations and re-evaluations and establish plan of care for patients.
• Consult with physicians and other departments about rehabilitation impact on health status.
• Document findings and treatments for medical records.
• Bill patients according to proper procedures and educate patients/families on care and exercises.
• Serve as an educational resource for patients, families, and staff.
• Stay updated on protocols for patient populations and participate in professional development.
