The ideal candidate holds a PT degree from an accredited program, is licensed in MD/DC/VA as needed, and has BLS CPR certification. You will contribute to discharge planning and patient education in a high-volume clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Graduate from an accredited PT school.
• Licensure in MD/DC/VA as required by location.
• BLS CPR certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Provides evaluation services including review of historical information and documentation of results.
• Implements treatment protocols based on findings and patient condition; collaborates with other professionals.
• Completes discharge planning and accurate documentation of care and progress.
• Manages schedule effectively and provides empathetic patient access to care.
• Directs continuing education and mentors staff, students, and volunteers.
