Job summary

MedStar Health's Therapy - Olney is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide PT services including evaluation, treatment planning, and discharge planning across diverse patient populations.

You will participate in program planning, documentation, and mentorship, helping to maintain high-quality care in a large Baltimore-Washington system. Maryland/DC/VA licensure is required, with a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Maryland, DC and/or Virginia licensure as required for location.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides evaluation services and documents results with patient/family involvement.
• Implements treatment protocols based on evaluation findings and patient presentation; consults with other professionals as needed.
• Completes discharge planning and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Manages scheduling and productivity; ensures frictionless patient access to care.
• Directs continuing education and serves as a clinical instructor or mentor.
