MedStar Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join the Bethesda MACC - Therapy team. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document patient progress in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Maryland, District of Columbia (DC), and/or Virginia licensure required as deemed necessary for your location(s).
• American Heart Association’s BLS CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides evaluation services including review of historical information and assessments, and documents results.
• Implements treatment protocols based on evaluation findings and patient presentation; consults with other professionals as needed.
• Completes discharge planning and accurate documentation of care.
• Manages an efficient schedule and maintains productivity while ensuring patient access to care.
• Serves as a clinical instructor and assists with orientation and mentoring of staff, students, and technicians.
