Job summary

FPACP MOUNT PLEASANT LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and develop therapy plans in collaboration with physicians. The role includes administering PT treatments, supervising assistants when assigned, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Candidate must hold a PT degree (BPT/MS/PhD) and a current state license. Emphasis on ethical practice, infection control, and education for patients and caregivers is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current license/registration as a Physical Therapist in the state of hire
• Ability to develop and monitor therapy plans with physicians' collaboration

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop PT treatment programs with physician collaboration
• Administer active and passive therapies and modalities as prescribed
• Supervise PT Assistants and coordinate with other care teams
• Provide patient/caregiver education to improve activities of daily living
• Maintain infection control and safety standards in the facility
