Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Therapy Services team in Georgia. Qualifications

• Valid professional license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of a CAPTE accredited school; foreign-trained programs must be deemed substantially equivalent to U.S. PT entry-level education by a credential evaluation organization approved by APTA.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations, assessments, and treatments per the individualized PT plan.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Follow established policies and procedures related to PT scope of practice.
• Identify priorities in patient care and respond with initiative and sound judgment.
• Complete orientations, in-services, and trainings on schedule.
• Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor.
