Qualifications

• Valid professional license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited school; foreign-trained candidates must have evaluation for equivalence approved by APTA.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments according to the PT care plan.
• Complete all documentation and records timely and accurately.
• Follow established policies and procedures related to scope of practice.
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care with initiative and sound judgment.
• Complete orientations, in-services, and trainings successfully and in a timely manner.
• Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor.
