Job summary
PruittHealth is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Georgia to join our Therapy Services team in Valdosta. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop care plans, and document progress in accordance with our policies, while delivering compassionate, evidence-based therapy.

Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Graduate of CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations, plan and implement PT treatment.
- Document assessments and treatment plans timely.
- Follow policies and ensure high quality patient care.
- Complete orientations and trainings as required.
