Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state where the position is located.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, physical function, and independence.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments using appropriate evaluation tools and clinical procedures.
• Review patient records, medical diagnoses, health history, precautions, and contraindications.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals based on patient needs.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and rehabilitation support staff in accordance with applicable state regulations.
• Explain evaluation results, treatment plans, and progress to patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
