HealthPro Heritage seeks a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our compassionate rehab team at Spring Harbor at Green Island in Columbus, GA. This role supports resident mobility and function in a Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care setting.
You will assist in implementing treatment plans, provide direct patient care, monitor progress, and document outcomes in collaboration with therapists and care teams. A PTA license and Associate’s degree are required.
