Job summary

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our compassionate rehab team at Spring Harbor at Green Island in Columbus, GA. The role involves evaluating residents, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy to improve mobility and independence in a long-term care setting.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay ranging from $48 to $53 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license-eligible.
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and flexibility.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatments to enhance functionality and alleviate pain; educate patients and families on exercises and home routines.
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
